On Tuesday afternoon St. John’s tag rugby team played in a friendly tournament against a number of other schools. We played 6 matches in total and won 5 games and drew 1. Our biggest success of the afternoon was defeating Raglan who had previously defeated us in the final of the borough tournament. A huge well done to everybody involved, we played with determination, skill and great sportsmanship. A special well done to Olivia who played in her fist competitive matches. I cannot decide who the player of the afternoon is so I have asked the children to decide. Thank you also for all the won[1]derful support, even Mira’s dad on the drum!!!!
